The following is one of my favorite Yoga Facial exercises for a natural facelift: How to make your skin glow and to lift sagging jowls and to lift the jawline.

Simply look up and touch tongue to roof of mouth, say or sing alphabet! Yes, you will look and sound ridiculous doing this but it’s all in the name of beauty.

There are some very helpful acupuncture points on the face, that help with increasing the skin tone and draining chubby cheeks, helping to lift the cheekbones and minimize crow’s feet. Simply massage in a circular motion on the point, as seen in the video.

Now for the Lymph Drainage for the face, it is really important to incorporate this into your facial exercises routine, to drain the toxins that accumulate on the skin surface and in the lymphatic system. For the lymph drainage, do 20 reps in position 1, using a light touch, massaging along jawline.
