The following is one of my favorite Yoga Facial exercises for a natural facelift: How to make your skin glow and to lift sagging jowls and to lift the jawline.

Simply look up and touch tongue to roof of mouth, say or sing alphabet! Yes, you will look and sound ridiculous doing this but it’s all in the name of beauty.

There are some very helpful acupuncture points on the face, that help with increasing the skin tone and draining chubby cheeks, helping to lift the cheekbones and minimize crow’s feet. Simply massage in a circular motion on the point, as seen in the video.

Now for the Lymph Drainage for the face, it is really important to incorporate this into your facial exercises routine, to drain the toxins that accumulate on the skin surface and in the lymphatic system. The VitaDetox is something you can take internally to speed up this important detox process for great skin.

For the lymph drainage, do 20 reps in position 1, using a light touch, massaging along jawline.

Then massage gently for 20 reps down neck, as seen in the video to drain the toxins and fluids in the face and to minimize a sagging jawline and chubby cheeks.

  • if you have jowls, you don't have chubby cheeks. if you have chubby cheeks – that's a GOOD thing.

  • Hi. this video series has so much benefit to people. When I volunteered to tech Nithyananda yoga in a women's correctional facility, i taught some accupressure points on the face for firming and toning. That small part of the yoga session always had on-lookers as ALL men and women want to avoid getting that jowly look. My yoga training was in India under Paramahamsa Nithyananda. soon there will be an opportunity to raise mitochondria to unbelieveable levels, resulting in anti-aging, miraculous healing, seeing through the third eye and more…at the Sadashivoham 2016 program.
